Delivery policy
Prices do not include transportation. When selecting the destination, delivery costs will be calculated, which may vary depending on the country.
Shipments to Spain: Flat shipping rate: €12.
Andorra and the rest of the European Union: Flat shipping rate: €24.
Other countries: Currently, we cannot establish a flat rate for all countries. If you are interested in our products, please contact us, us, and we will try to find the best possible solution.
Nevertheless, you can always choose “Local Pickup“; in this case, you will be responsible for managing the pickup on your own.
Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you with the return.
For a return, it is necessary that the product is in the same condition as it was received and with the original packaging.
Used or damaged products will not be accepted for returns.
The product must be shipped within 10 working days after its receipt and as a certified letter or package, with the tracking number provided to us. Without this tracking number, we will not be responsible for its loss or theft.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will send a confirmation email once the product has been received and accepted for the return. It will be processed using the same method of payment used.
All packages are prepared with care for maximum protection. If you find that your region is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
We do not accept exchanges; we recommend returning the product and placing a new order.
We will make every effort to fulfill every order, but unexpected delays or cancellations may arise.
We reserve the right to cancel the order and proceed with a full refund after being notified.
